The Lodgehouse is a two storey playhouse measuring 8′ x 8′ overall and standing approximately 9′ tall. It consists of an 8′ x 5′ interior attached to a 8′ x 3′ verandah. The upstairs storey measures 8′ x 3′ and is accessible via stairs and has an integral safety rail.
The front elevation consists of a stable door and a square Georgian style Perspex window. There are other windows in the front of the upper storey and to the side of the building.
Constructed from planed timber and clad with tongue and groove shiplap board, including the floor and roof. The roof is finished with high grade green mineralised felt.
Supplied either fully painted in your choice of colours from the Cuprinol Garden Shades range, with a Golden Brown spirit based preservative or we can supply untreated if you wish to add your own mark. If you require another size or design please contact us for a quotation.
Supplied flat packed with all fittings for easy construction.
